Kelsey Kuhn
Immigration Adviser
In 2025, Kelsey Kuhn became an integral member of the Wakefields Lawyers team.
Kelsey’s journey to New Zealand began in 2014 when she set out in search of a new adventure. After living overseas, it was Aotearoa, the land of the long white cloud, that captured her heart and became her home. She settled in Wellington and proudly obtained New Zealand citizenship in 2022.
Kelsey started her immigration career in a corporate setting, working for a global consulting firm where she assisted businesses of all sizes and individuals with New Zealand immigration compliance. She later transitioned to a boutique immigration firm, allowing her to provide more personalised advice to individuals, families, and small businesses.
In addition to her professional role, Kelsey serves as the Secretary for the Committee of the New Zealand Association of Immigration Professionals (NZAIP).
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kelsey thrives on working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures throughout their visa journeys. As a migrant herself, she deeply understands the personal nature of the immigration process and is committed to offering reliable, empathetic guidance every step of the way.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelsey enjoys dancing, playing board games, participating in pub quizzes, exploring op shops, and spending time at the beach.
