In 2021, Nicky Attridge became an integral member of the Wakefields Lawyers team.

Nicky is a highly experienced Conveyancing Practitioner and a Member of the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers. She is also a Registered NZILE Legal Executive and holds a New Zealand Law Society Legal Executive Diploma.

In her role as an Associate, Nicky specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing, subdivisions, trusts, wills, estates, and estate planning. She takes pride in her ability to manage transactions efficiently, working to tight timeframes and deadlines to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Nicky brings a depth of knowledge and expertise that allows her to navigate the intricacies of the conveyancing process with ease and confidence.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Nicky enjoys quality time with her family on their lifestyle property, where they’re kept company by a lively extended family of goats, alpacas, chickens, sheep, and a pony.
