Wakefields Lawyers COVID-19 Protocols

In light of New Zealand’s latest COVID-19 update, Wakefields Lawyers have implemented the following measures to protect both our employees, and valued clients.

• Clients must provide proof of their double vaccination status in order to gain access to any of our 5 branches. The following methods of providing this information are available:

- Provide a copy of your Government issued COVID-19 vaccine pass, our preferred option. (for clients with an appointment, we will require this to be sent via email in advance).

- Provide a physical copy of your Government issued COVID-19 vaccine pass on arrival.

- Provide your COVID-19 vaccine record card stating your double vaccination status on arrival.

• Clients onsite will be required to scan in via our official QR code, otherwise complete our manual contract-tracing register on arrival.

• If you are not vaccinated, we will gladly accommodate you with the option of a telephone call or video conference meeting.

• We ask that you avoid handshaking and other physical contact, and always endeavor to maintain a safe separation distance of two meters.

• We will require any of our staff who are unwell to any degree to stay away from our workplace, and we respectfully ask that our clients and visitors do the same.

From the Wakefields Lawyers team, we appreciate your understanding during this time.
