Samantha is tasked with overseeing and maintaining all AML-based systems and procedures, with a primary focus on detecting, monitoring, and reporting instances of money laundering to the relevant authorities. In her capacity as the AML Compliance Officer, she also handles the daily management and auditing of Wakefields Lawyers’ trust administration procedures.
